Fillet of pork Toltorp

Trim fillet of pork, flavour with salt and barbecue seasoning and brown gently in oil. Make a cut in the fillet and fill with a good blue cheese. Wind bacon rashers around the fillet and wrap all in kitchen foil. I usually prepare this far at home. Then all you have to do is barbecue onboard.

Together with a nutritious salad, I usually serve boiled fresh potatoes. A cold ready-made soured cream sauce with herbs is also good to serve alongside.

Finely chop an iceberg salad, cucumber, tomatoes, yellow pepper, shallots, nectarines or plums. Mix all in a bowl and top with a handful of peanuts (preferably the sort that are seasoned with basilica).

fika i naturenI bake this at home to take on the raft. Take an ordinary cake mix and bake it according to the instructions on the packet, but decrease the amount of water (instead of 2 decilitres, take 1.8 decilitres of water). After you have poured the cake mix into the form, add 1 decilitre of blueberries over the top. Bake, take with you and serve.
